- The bearing number — the code stamped on the part, such as SR144TLZ or SFR144TLZN. If the suffix is unreadable, say so in the form. After our team replies by email, send a clear photo as an attachment in your reply.
- The handpiece brand and model — this helps identify the application and any additional evidence needed. A model name alone does not confirm bearing compatibility.
- The quantity — single units for a bench repair, or bulk volumes for distribution and OEM builds.
